Request Info - assure your child's future

If you are scheduled to undergo amniocentesis for diagnostic purposes and you wish to cryopreserve the amniotic fluid cells, please follow the steps below:

• Fill in the patient information Form below. Biocell Center staff will contact you and will provide any information you may need including the contract;
• Once the contract is signed, Biocell Center will ship the Kit to your home. Take the Kit with you and give to your physician on the day of the amniocentesis;
• After the physician performs amniocentesis, few milliliters of amniotic fluid that are not necessary for the diagnostic testing are placed into the Kit
• Keep the sample at room temperature until it is picked up by the shipment courier
• The courier will transport the kit to Biocell Center’s laboratory where the cells will be cryopreserved
