Cryopreservation of Amniotic Fluid with Stem Cells from Amniocentesis

Biocell Center is the only company in the world offering the private preservation of amniotic fluid cells, including amniotic fluid stem cells, from amniocentesis.

Multiple research studies have demonstrated that, among other cells, there are stem cells present in the amniotic fluid, and that such amniotic stem cells are pluripotent and have high capability to proliferate and differentiate into nervous, cartilage, bone, hematopoietic and adipose tissue, and may possess great curative and regenerative potential. The medical community worldwide is already testing stem cells from other sources for tissue regeneration and transplantation, and even more important medical breakthroughs are foreseen in the future treatment of diabetes and neurodegenerative disorders.
